• Social media platform data when you connect accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, Pinterest) — only data you authorize via OAuth
• Analytics providers (Cloudflare Analytics — anonymized)

• Provide, operate, and maintain the ContentOps platform
• Generate AI-powered content on your behalf using your brand profile
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
• Respond to support requests and feedback
• Monitor and analyze usage to improve our services
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Anthropic (AI content generation), social media platforms you connect
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent

All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@contentopspmp.com. We will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: Session cookies required for authentication and security
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-preserving, no personal data shared)

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted data storage, access controls and authentication, regular security reviews, and third-party security certifications through our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

ContentOps is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at hello@contentopspmp.com.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
